Main functions behind the spmapper model

spmapper(): spmapper core function. Generate prey consumption maps and perform extractions within user-supplied polygons.

spmapplot(): Plot prey consumption maps, with user polygons overlaid (optional)

fpudoverlap(): Calculate proportion of UD that lies within polygon(s)

fn.tot.prey(): Function to calculate prey intake (kg) for one or more adults
