Calculate uncertainty in a snow water equivalence (SWE) calculation for a below ground (SnowFox) COSMOS sensor [mm water equivalent]

\[\sigma_{SWE} = \sqrt{ \left( \frac{c}{C_{est}} \right)^2 \frac{C_{smo}}{24} + \left( \frac{-c \, C_{smo}}{C_{est}^2} \right)^2 \sigma_{N_0}^2 }\]

with \(c = -157\) (estimated from the 0-30 mm portion of the Howat et al. 2018 attenuation curve) and \(\sigma_{N_0} = 16\).
