Installing seabORD

This vignette explains how to install the development version of seabORD directly from GitHub.

must have: RStudio with up to date R

Prerequisites

To install packages from GitHub, you will need the remotes package:

install.packages("remotes")

Installing seabORD

Install the latest development version from GitHub with:

remotes::install_github("NERC-CEH/seabORD_pkg") 

Load the package

Once installation is complete, load the package:

library(seabORD)

Updating seabORD

To update to the latest development version, rerun:

remotes::install_github("NERC-CEH/seabORD_pkg")
